hello :D
so far, this week has been pretty alright.
there was training on tuesday.
it was quite tiring
there was training on wednesday.
it was less tiring than the previous day.
and today i had nothing on so i went home.

heh.
if i continue running everyday, my knees and ankles are going to give up on me -
i swear.
when i walk there's this 'tuk,tuk' sound. either that or my joints, below the waist, would hurt every step i take.
i wonder what is the actual cause.
there's training tmr. i CANT WAIT. hah.
wont need to accompany my mum to the hospital for the check up
so i'd be attending training.
yeap.

i lost to amir, in the napfa challenge we proposed, yet again.
haha. what can you expect! he's sec 4 la. and im sec 2.

yes, i'm no good at quarreling. i'll end up apologizing to the other person.
